We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service provided, the time elapsed since the purchase, and the specific circumstances of the request.
2. Digital Products and Content
For digital products, including but not limited to downloadable styling guides, digital wardrobe planners, and recorded webinars:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital content, please contact our customer support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
3. Styling Consultation Services
For personal styling consultations, virtual styling sessions, and wardrobe audits:
3.1 Cancellation Before Service Delivery
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- If you cancel between 24-48 hours before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, no refund will be provided, but you may reschedule once within 30 days for a rescheduling fee of 25% of the original service cost.
3.2 Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with a styling consultation after it has been delivered:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery to express your concerns.
- We may offer a partial refund, service credit, or complimentary follow-up consultation depending on the nature of the dissatisfaction.
- For recurring or package services, you may cancel the remaining services and receive a prorated refund for unused sessions.
4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, such as recurring style updates or membership programs:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase and have not used any of the subscription benefits, you may be eligible for a full refund.
5. Physical Products
For any physical products purchased through our website:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

7. Gift Cards and Store Credits
Gift cards and store credits issued by Green Quartz:
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
- May be transferred to another person.
- Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
8. Workshops and Events
For styling workshops, seminars, and events:
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel 7-14 days before the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Bereavement
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control
We may offer more flexible refund options or alternatives such as rescheduling or service credits. These will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
